need to know which way the seals go in the water pump ?

well you got me stumped. tell me when you find out. a good way to find some is to go to one of the online sellers like bikebandit.com and look at their schematics for your rig

Oil seal on the back side.



Water seal on the front side.

when installing clucth cover case is there a trick to holding the kick starter spring in place ? 97 cr 250

Never had a issue with the kicker spring not staying in place unless something was overly worn or spring was broken
