weird, best bet would be to make a new bushing with proper dimensions to fit that gear, but it has to be made off a tough material for obvious reasons.

3rd gear honda 23t. ims 22t. yours 27t that's 1st gear i think??

Per the parts list the 22T on the countershaft is 3rd gear.(and it is listed C3 on the diagram).

3rd is the third gear on the shaft from the sprocket back it goes 24351. it has no bush this is just what i got from from partzilla.

While sorting the transmission, I am working on some other things. I just got some more new parts, my garage shelfs look like a Honda Parts Deptment.

New Buchanan spokes,front and rear.
New clutch cover


New IMS Tank, which is HUGE.




I laced the wheels last night, I am waiting on my truing stand to arrive.


Rear complete.


Front complete.

I just shipped the suspension to Drew Smith at Works Enduro Rider to be reanodized and revalved. On Friday I should have my number plate backgrounds and all my gold cad plated bolts and axles.Updates to follow.
