I guess I don't understand the need, I haven't done a huge amount of engine rebuilds but I've never really had much of an issue getting circlips in. It takes a few times to learn the tricks but it's not all that difficult from my experience.

Outstanding work! Way to stick with it and see the project to completion.

Looks like you have come up with a sweet steely enduro bike that should
be a real hoot in the woods. Do you plan on competing in any of the local
or regional events in and around TN?

Hi Dogger!

Yes, I am going to ride some MSXC events. I have put around 50 hours on her so far and she is a hoot to ride. I am very happy with the bike. With the 96 cylinder, she is a bullet, very smooth and almost scary fast in the tight woods. I followed your build thread step by step and I havenít had any problems.
