Default 93 CR 125 R, getting too much gas

I have a 93 CR 125 R, new top end, has great compression and spark. It is getting gas, but too much. When I pull out the plug there's access gas on it. Any suggestions or ideas would be awesome. Could it be the float is stuck? Haven't checked that yet.

Float could be stuck; float mat be set too high; float needle may be leaking....
It could also be that the bottom end crank cavity is just loaded with un burnt fuel mix form running at too low am rpm for an extended period of time after the rebuild.

Awesome, much appreciated. I'll have a go at it when I get home from work.
