2003 cr250r jetting help

hi.
i a cr250r 2003 with pc platinium 2 exhaus,v-force 3 and storm spacer for the exhaust flange.
i search a lot in the forum but still i didnt find an answer to my problem.
i bought the jd kit and can't find the best tune for 3 month
in every way i try to jet the bike like the jd says its always to lean at full throttle.
i live at sea lavel. here its about 35C temp. i run 33:1 ratio. and rides 80% of the time dunes if it metters.
i also go up to 440 main and its still little bit lean.
my question is if its normal to go up to 460 main or there is a problem with the bike or with my jetting?
and what is the difference between the nozzles s-9 and s-4?
i runs now this jet-
blue needle 3 postion
s-4 nozzle
440 main
30 pilon
air screw 2 turns out

the bike runs now little lean at full. little rich at 1/2. lean at 1/4. and little rich if i dont touch the throttle (turn off slowley)

if someone have the answer for me ill be very happy and thanksfull.
