Default 2 crankcase gaskets with my 0em kit?

I received 2 gaskets in my OEM honda kit. 11191 kz3 880 and 11191 kz3 j20 . From what i gather the j20 is for 2000 cr250. Is there a purpose i have it in my kit? or they just cover both bikes?.. I'm having my counter-shaft bind up when i put the case bolts in that side? The bearings are seated properly and the washers and gears are absolutely in specified order according to the honda manual. Am I suppose to use both gaskets? I noticed my counter shaft seems to sit about .71 mm higher that the main shaft. (Gear sits slightly higher) ??? I'm at a loss. The assembly seems to shift and rotate and when I spin the shafts in the right side of the case they spin effortlessly. If every thing is seated and assembled right what else could cause this problem? Gasket thickness?

Maybe if you start enough threads about the same problem, it will fix itself....
