I have an '04 YZ250 and am at sea level. I was running very rich to the point where black spooge was dripping out the back of my silencer. I changed my pilot from a 50 to a 48 to lean it up. I haven't gone out and fully tested it yet, but when I ran it up and down the street it seemed to have a lot more response. My air screw is one turn out and all other settings are stock and run 32:1. Hope this helps. Kevin

I have an 05. They are rich on the bottom end. Over 60 put in a 42-45 pilot. Between 30-60 48. Less than 30, go stock 50. Then for the Main stock is good over 60. Go up one size under 60. Sorry these are farenheit temps.

I've just got it in september and it was around 60-70 and it seemed perfect. But I would think it might be a bit rich when its warmer out.
