Most of the time a fouled plug is caused by improper jetting. I would start there.

When you pull the plug out, what does it look like? Is it white, Black, or greyish in color?

Whew. I am glad we finally got the terminology right. I was envisioning complete destruction.

Motoman is right - jetting is your likely problem.

Low compression (from a worn cylinder, piston or ring) is another possibility. Low compression will make a bike run rich - even if the jetting was right when the engine was new.
