yz 250 help

Just got my new toy a 2004 yz 250 and have a small problem there looks to be a pipe of from the side of the engine at the side of the power valve is this just to let i breath and it will not go back into it can i get a smaller bit of pipe and just put it into the hole as it looks like the nipple for the old pipe as come off can soom one help please

Not sure what you are asking here but the pipe you are talking about is a vent, so it's not really that critical. It is important to keep dirt and crap out, though.

its the power band vent the nipple has come as where the pipe goes onto so will it work if i just put a pipe stright into the hole

Replace the cap on the side of the cylinder! Don't just stick the hose into the hole, it will fall out. The part can't cost that much but sucking dirt into your cylinder will.
