Default Yz 125 Jetting where to go next?

To start off with my bike is a 2005 YZ125, I have been jetting this thing all day with no good results. First of all I'm using fresh gas with ams-oil mixed at 40:1. My jetting as of now is at 390 main from 410 stock, 40 pilot which is stock, air screw is 1.5 turns out, and needle clip is on the 4th notch from bottom. I have also re-set the float its at 10mm. The problem I'm having is that when you slow down in 2nd gear and go from 1/4 throttle and lower to full throttle it bogs down and acts like it is about to die. I have done a plug check and it seems just about exact, I have also moved the needle clip up with no results. My elevation is 2500 I looked at pro-circuits page for jetting but theres is at sea level so that isn't going to help much. I'm not sure if this is a seal or what but just thought I would ask you guys.

How about if you feather the clutch. 125s arent known for their steller low end pull.

Yeah it does fine then. But it still shouldn't act like its going to die if you crack the throttle when going just on flat land..

If anyone has got a yz125 could you tell me your jetting specs? Also I have heard of people cutting 1MM off of the bottom of their slides do you think that would help the issue?
