Default Yamaha play bike is now a Yamabog? Help

Okay, this problem has forced me to ask for some help, I have a 99' rt100 that has good compression, strong healthy spark, good reeds, have gone threw the carb 20 times and looks clean and proper. I have had this bike for years and has never given me the slightest little hickup, it seems to come and go, the bike revs up to full throtle at idle, the slide is free moving and doesnt make a difference to kick it down, idle is affected too, it almost seems like there is a vacume leak and the carb is getting too much air? This was happening when the motor was in the bike, since then I have built a gocart with it and thought that it was crap in the carb and would fix it later. Well the problem is still there in the gocart too. This bike/motor is 100% stock and I just cant figure it out? Any help will be appeciated...

  • Bad crank seal on the ignition side
  • Base gasket leak
  • Head gasket leak
  • Loose spark plug
  • Crack in the carburator (ask Big Maico393 about this one: )
  • Air leak in center case (gasket or crack)
  • Extremely lean or clogged pilot jet
