readme What to buy? Lol

Hey all new to site got a 01 yz 250 I'm just about sold on the dep pipe any thoughts on the silencer thinking about 304 shorty keen for more bottom end but don't want to loose any top if anything would love a bit more as there's heaps of fire trails where I live as well as mx will it fit the dep? Anyone tryed them together any advice would be greatly appreciated thanx

Hey all can I ask has anyone tryed 15/52 gearing on a yz250 2t running standard ATM after more top any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It's not too easy to get bottom and top outa a 2t your going to loose one or the other in some way.....

I dont have the best of luck mixing a top end pipe with a midrange silencer. usually you end up with something that doesn't work as well as it should on either end. i guess it just depends on what you will be satisfied with though. if you want to run higher than stock gearing and still be able to work well in slow conditions, i would suggest one of the rekluse clutches. our cr250 uses 14-49 gearing and feels like it would work well with even taller gearing and roll over logs well too. your bike will accept the same wr gears as the 426wr four stroke has if you want to go to wider gear ratios in the transmission and have it all so to speak.
