Top End Help 97 YZWR 250

Just looking for info on rebuilding my buddies 97 YZ WR 250 2 stroke.

It has the O-ring head. What is the torque value for head bolts??

How do you set the power valve? It appears there is a hole for aligning it?? Or do you just set it all the way down(closed) and tighten the linkage?

Also, does anyone know stock jetting? It has the mikuni carb. Last main jet resulted in a hole in the piston.

It had a 360 main that the last builder put in. After multiple runs up a sand hill it melted a hole in the top center of the piston. Also the exhaust side was melted above rings(the exact hill was "Blow sands" at Ocotillo Wells)

Oh one more... he threw out his old plug. Is it a resistor type plug??
