Take the top of the carb off, pull the slide out, remove throttle cable and look down into the top of the slide. You will see a 6MM headed screw looking thingy. Remove that and the needle will come right out. Scott

If its leaking that badly it may be the float at the btm of the bowl. It can sometimes get gummed up and stick. Pull the 4 brass screws off the btm and see if the float moves freely? I Good luck

Hey bud, Go on Ebay and get yourself a rebuild kit for your carb ($20 shipped). Then rebuikd the carb to spec, download a manual for your bike [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] , then chuck a new plug in it. If you are getting a wet threads but a dry core then you are set right or maybe even lean, there are recommendations in the manual of what to look for. Then your carb will be rebuilt and shouldnt leak, then you will also know that you have new needls and jets etc in the carb and it will be fine for a year at least, unless you are racing then it will need more maintenance, etc. its truly your best bet at this point because something is wrong and it sounds like it could be a worn jet, which happens at which point it will be flooding the bowl and then it is designed to expel the extras which for oyu is all the time. Just my two cents! Goodluck!
