The easiest way to get them off is to elevate the front wheel on a stand.

First remove the tire loosen the pinch bolts first, I always go in a diag pattern you do not need to take them all the way off but you can.

second remove the axle by twisting it counter clockwise until it's free and then pull it out.

next with the front wheel removed pull the brake caliper off should be 2 bolts on the fork leg.

now remove the front number plate and loosen the pinch bolts on the triple clamps there should be 2 upper and 2 lower, you do not have to remove them either just loosen them.
At this point your forks should slide out the bottom of the triple clamps easily.

To install them it is basically the reverse order with a torque wrench to get the bolts to spec on torque.

Thanks
Scott

Sometime is may help to take a chizel or flat head screw driver to lightly spread " with the bolts lose not out" the clamps apart to slide the tubes out.
