Default Stuck bolts in power valve.

     

ON MY yamaha yz 250- 2013 in the power valve there is 1 allen head bolt and 2 screws that wont budge . I HAVE TRIED A LEFT HANDED BIT AND AN EASY OUT STILL wont budge. There is not alot of room to work in. any help would be fine. keep on 2 wheels. thanks

Question did you buy this bike new or used?

Maybe someone used RED loctight Which would require heat to break the seal>

Or you can try using some heat from a heat gun & some PB blaster.

Start with an impact driver and you won’t need an easy out.

None of the screws are left handed. A cordless impact drill/driver works well for removing screws. If you have stripped them out, you will have to try to get them with needle nose vice grips or cut slots for a flat head screwdriver.

i MEANT TO SAY when i said left handed i meant after i mangled the head .I WAS TRYING TO BACK THEM OUT with a left handed drill bit I KNOW they are not left handed threads.
