Anyone know a good resource for PW parts.?? I have an 80 I am redoing the top end and think I need a new oil pump too. That thing is pretty pricey... Any help would be appreciated.

Solution to bad oil pump:

Remove pump.
Remove E-clip and gear from base of pump.
Plug "In" and "out" lines on pump.
Reinstall pump.
Plug "In" line on carburetor from oil pump.
Put removed parts in Ziploc bag and file away for when you sell it.
Buy five gallon gas can.
Add 1 pint two-stroke premix oil to four gallons of gasoline (32:1 ratio) in said can and mix well.
Fill tank with fuel. Repeat last two steps as necessary.

That beats paying for a new pump and works as good, or better, than the original pump did to keep your engine lubed. If it's good enough for a YZ250, it's good enough for a PW80.

Huh.
I have just always used premix in our PW80. I did not even know it had oil injection. :
