PW 80 TUNE UP TIPS

My wife is riding a PW80 I picked up for a great price. Any inexpensive tips to get the most out of this little bike? Jet sizes? Needle valve position? Air cleaner? Any help appreciated

Remove the pipe from the head and see if the washer is still there. They came w/ a washer that restricts exhaust flow. You can remove that for more performance.

You can drop the needle one notch and clean up the jetting a bit. But that bike isn't meant for too much power or hard riding. The exhaust pipe comes with a washer restriction at the head. As chud said, make sure it's gone.

Thanks Ill check the exhaust and adjust the needle. Any idea of a good jet combo that will give a little improvement?
