PW 80 runs like

PW 80 idles great. Rev it up and it starts missing. Hold full throttle and it will not rev up. misses. Sometimes bogs down. Back off the throttle a little and it will rev up better but still missing badly. Runs the same if the exhaust is on or off, also the same with carb intake hose. With the carb intake hose off it spits gas back out the front of the carb. Also it is spitting crap out the exhaust leaving a wet spot on my garage floor. 125lbs compression. New plug. Fresh gas and cleaned the carb several times. I took the reeds off the looked good. Is there any way I can check the ignition with an ohmmeter? Am I missing something with the reeds? What about the crank seals? But that wouldn't cause a miss. By the way the plug is a dull lite brownish lean. I thought it would be black and wet it was not.

hmm. was it warmed up when you were doing this? how old is the gas? is there a possibility of an air leak causing a stumble? check the magneto for the timing marks to line up. i'm not sure where or if the PW has marks though. do you have a manual?
