You're my hero, too. My guess with the clutch, is that the oil heats up, which thins out the oil, letting it flow more easily between the plates. With this added lubrication, it lets the plates slip, and gives your clutch a different response. |

| the bike shouldn't try to move forward with the clutch in and in gear. have you tried to adjust it up at the lever, if your out of room there it may be time for a new one. A bike i was riding last week was doing that and i adjusted the cable at the clutch lever and it fixed the problem, used up all the adjustment so the clutch is ready to be changed. just a thought Last edited by pealage; 07-28-2006 at 08:57 PM. |
