lighting up your yz250

help i want to put lights on my 250 to join an enduro association. anyone who knows how or have done this already, please e-mail the equipment necessary or mail me your phone # so we can talk.

i'll bump and ping with whoever wants to mix it. i play in the dirt for fun. my tricked out RC51 is what i use to put the youngsters in their place. i'm looking to get into wharton state with my thumper friends once i get my yz lit up.

what year 250? I know the WR's have lights, wouldn't that system install on the YZ?

That wouldnt work! The WR lights run from a battery, the YZ dosent have a battery. You will have to rewind your stator, get some wires, a voltage regulator, a light, and a on and off switch for the light, unless you want it to be on the whole time. Also a tail light for enduro, with a rear brake switch.

Why is it forget about batteries?...anyway, right, you will need to add a lighting coil tot he stator.
