So everyone who's using pump gas is just asking for excessive wear and tear on their smoker motor huh? : THATS ALOT of people. Dirt is one of the words in dirtbike. If they were that sensitive to a little dirt they wouldn't last very long. Unless you get an underground tank that is leaking water and dirt/mud into the fuel, the cleanliness of pump gas should be fine.
i never said there was soo much dirt in gas that it will blow up your bike or stop fuel injectors in your car. i said that there is an amount of particles in pump gas that can be seen with this filter that was used that was not in the race fuel we checked and they may speed up the demise of your bike. not to mention that ethonol and some other things in pump gas are not exactly good for your motor either

Call it my never ending crusade to end wives tales at their origin. Like I said, their are lots of good reasons to run race gas. Guesses and misinformation are NOT ONE OF THEM, in my opinion.
