GILMER TX. About half way to dallas for you. The GNCC is a grand national cross courty or Hare scramble. It will have all the big time pros there, JASON Raines,Ty Davis, etc. they will race quads on sat and bikes on sat. Last year there was 50 something guys in my class. 90 degree first curve too! what a blast. I will only race 2 hours then watch the pros.

Glad to hear you are liking it Satch. The YZ's I've ridden were great bikes. I wouldn't hesitate to get one either. And you are right, the suspension is awesome. The shock is a little quirky, but the forks rock.

Woody, I think the shock is in need of a stiffer spring for anyone over 180lbs....I plan on doing that as soon as it's broken in.

Yeah it would need one for sure. However, I still found that the rear shock would kick a little.. even with the rebound slowed down. No biggie though as it's consistent. Still very good action.

Sweet bike there Satch. I am glad that the day was perfect for your first test run on that thing. Let us know what you think when you can get her out there and open it up.
