i have a it 490 punched out to a 570 it has a couple of problems i was wondering if anybody has some advice for me about this kind of bike

You punched an IT 490 to a 570? Did that require a new cylinder? Some more details would be nice, as we really have nothing to go with on this one. That bike should rip though!

the only problem i have had so far is vibration and the cluth fried twice the bike is incredibly fast

If you are frying clutches chances are it is slipping.

Try getting some stiffer clutch springs and install them every-other-one around the clutch basket. If it still slips after that, replace them all with the stiffer springs. That should fix it.

The clutches were not desinged to withstand the lots of extra power you have put to them.... Try the spring but i bet you, you will have to start fresh and play with stiffer clutch springs from something else...
