Default always something wrong

I have a 2000 yz 125 and me and my friends whent riding and one of them got hurt. so i ran to get a ambulance on my bike,on my way back to the crash scene my bike was like bogging down in middle to full throttle. and i also noticed that when i turn the gas on my gas just pours out out of the carb. line? and i dont know why

this has never happened before and i was on the throttle hard so any suggestion would be nice
