Welcome to ATM...
Good luck with the motor...read all you had to say...for the untrained eye it looks all fine and pretty...BUT, lets wit and see what the sheet says when your done. The Blaster is a very tough motor to get good HP from. Easy to get more cause it is so restrictive to start with, but tuff to get good numbers. All the pictures show me is what I call "fluff". How about numbers? Anyone with a green card can make a cylinder look pretty. Just ask PC. No ones porting is a secret...they are ALL based on Dr. Blairs concepts.
Anxious to here the results.
PS...dont mind me...once you get to know me I aint so bad LOL

Yea I hear what your sayin.. My engine builder Hollywood Dirt Productions had already had 2 of his racers bikes dynoed at 35hp at the crank, 29hp at the rw. Neither one of these bikes had bottom end work at all and were on the stock bore to boot. So I do think 50hp or real close to it is possible out of my motor because of the fact that it has a bigger bore and full bottom end work including a stroker, long rod, and a removed counter balancer. But we'll see..

she sounds like it'll be nice. i was going to do all the tricks to my blaster, but i traded it for a 400ex. i am glad i did though. except i was informed a week ago that my blaster would have been faster. i dont think so except on a small sx track. then the nimbleness of it would have been awesome. untill the whoops ate it up LOL. hope she spins like a top when you get it back. blasters are a good machine dont let NO ONE tell you different!
