They usually come jetted for sea level so you should be in good shape. Your local dealer may have some insight on what has been working well for others in your area. Enjoy that new scooter and welcome to ATM.

Congrats on the new yz
Have the same bike 2019 yz 250
Jetting should be ok ,had to change my pilot to #50 from stock #51 now bike idles good and pulls good all ranges.
I am. Only mxing so making changes for that went 51 tooth rear from 50 to jelp pull in bottom to mid ,bikes will not runout of top end
If you are on top of 5 gear ,you are on one loong sttaight or just too famn fsst.
Just installed hr meter and vforce 3 reeds
Made throttle smoother and crispy
Had to respring for 200lb rider ,front springs real soft ,from factory
Regrease all chasiss as soon as possible
Factories use very lite and very little grease.
My blke has 3.9 hrs and have regreased complete chassis
Yamaha has a good manual with bike read it
And you will learn alot about bike....enjoy
