just got back from milan race track...jetting was way off and i think (kinda know) the float adj. is off....but you need a special tool to cal it!sucks....but got much closer...a few clicks on the suspension (needs more) and it damn near everything my CR is after spending 2K on it...the engine rocks...again damn near what my CR is after spending a lot of $$ on that...i am a novice so i think the front is a little stiff...not sure yet...i have sub tanks on the CR. gear box was great...brakes;amazing.

so the reast of this week is going to be about rounding up a ton of parts to go on the this thing!

O yeah, now i have a trick MINT 01 CR125 w/ a TON a spares for sale...on top of the 94 cr500 and 00 cr125 that is in the class. already.

My first 2 rides on the bike were at the track...the first time out was suspension setup and engine B/I...the second time out I was all about jetting...it's really hard to do either when you can only ride on the track and they are running 15min motos.

this past weekend I got it out on the trails...WOW....the thing is VERY fast up top....it pulls forever in every gear...unlike my cr! 4th and 5th gear standing wheelies...my cr just runs out of steam. the yz HAS to pull 2k more rmps up top than the cr!

the gearing(6spd) is perfect...I actually shift less than the cr 5spd w/a mod engine. never felt once that I wish I had different gear ratios...I did go up 1 tooth in the rear. Seemingly had no effect on the topside...now changing the gearing on the cr is very evident that you robbed Peter to pay Paul!

i have a bills pipe being made. a ti-fmf and a v-force 3 on order for it...i'll let ya know how that turns out...

i only run vp ult2/4 and castrol 747@30/28:1 in it.
