I am on my 250. It makes it turn alot better. 125 is stock though.

I know Satch has aftermarket triples but I can't remember if they are offset or not. Maybe he will chime in and let you know.

thank you for the introduction Keeto.... All I did was change out the top clamp to run Pro Tapers (the only bar to run BTW). I am so happy with the way the bike turns now.....I don't have any reason to change the offset. Of course 756's graced the front end before I ever rode the bike

My answer to your question is no I haven't. The frame geometry is the same for the 05 as it is for my 04. Like Satch, all I changed was the top clamp so I could fit my Pro Tapers. It turns SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEET.

Bit Off-Topic, but does anyone have experience with the TAG Matrix triple clamp? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the posts. I'm not thrilled with how it turns and and was looking for some solutions. Though I rode the new bike without setting the sag, adjusting the suspension for my weight, etc... I raised the forks slightly and am going to set everything for next time to see if that helps. I put a set of RG3 20 mm offest clamps on my 04' CRF 450 and that made a big difference. I've heard people complaining about the front end 'push' on the 05' YZ 250, so I just wanted to see what people were up to. thanks.

I have stiffer springs front/rear and I raised my forks 10mm in the clamps and have my sag set at 95mm. The thing still hits the inside lines or will cut in the middle of a corner without any problems.

Ok, what front tire do you recommend then?

The Dunlop D756 is supposed to work good in many conditions, but I've never used it. I do like the Michelin StarCross MS3 tires though. They wear great and hook-up much better than the D739.

I've got a 742 on the front of mine. Works pretty good. I've used 756's in the past. They are good too. Anything is better than the 739.
