1983 IT175 Problems

Aright well i bought this bike off of craigslist its a 1983 IT175 and for some reason the clutch will not disengage ive pulled out the throw out lever and it seems alright it just doesnt seem like the lever is even pressing the press rod over am i supposed to have a ball bearing on the end of that shaft im freakin lost

I could not find a microfish for an 83 IT175 but this is for an 84 IT200. It does show a ball in the clutch actuator, item #17.

Okay i got the clutch fixed i had to bring the nut/washer up to the pressure plate so when pulled it would seperate more got that problem taken care of now on to todays problem lol i rode yesterday ran fine all nite except for the clutch obviously now today after i i took the carb off today to clean it out put back on and damn things harder than ever to get started i kno this could b numerous problems but i really just need help tuning this carb
