grabit 125 pipe and silencer

I have a 2000 yz125 and recently put on a pro circuit pipe and shorty silencer. I have noticed that it now has a hesitation before it hits the powerband. Once it's in the powerband it's fast but it has a hesitation.

Could possibly be a lean spot. Since it's hard to say what throttle opening is right before the powerband then I'm afraid that's all the help I can give.

I would have to agree with YZracer#53 to look at the jetting. Once you get it sorted could you let us now what differences are before and after PC pipe/silencer combo plz? Good luck!
