05 yz 250 aftermarket pipe

does any one know of a place that has aftermarket exhuasts for a 05 yz 250. or if it is different from the 04 model, put a dent in mine.

Have you looked into getting the pipe repaired. I heard Pacific Crest pipe repair does a very good job and its only $50+s/h. Heres a link [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] What do you think of the bike. I like mine, it has great roll-on power.

Bill's just came out with one for my 05 125...hearing good things from independent testers....

mine just came in...installing tonight....going to dyno a few different combos at the end of the month...

i installed it last night to check fit and finish....it fit a lot better than fmf's have in the past for me...the pipe is very different in size and shape from stock...we'll see if it works(the dyno will!)the bike was not started so i have no feedback in performance.

Aud, in times past putting on a Bill's pipe alone has been a little bit "average". Unlike most American made pipes he seems to design his around his other motor mod's. I sure like his welding, right in there with what I have gotten from DynoPort. So if you don't like it right away,,,just send off the cylinder and head!! Oh,, and the cr card number!

I just bought the PC one for my 05 250. Pretty good so far just figuring out jetting for the Vforce still. Also its a different pipe from the 04 so just remember that when purchasing. Its the PY05250 pipe for the 05.
