Angry 03 PW50 Problems

     

Hey I have a 03 Yamaha PW50 just done a fresh top end rebuild with the 60cc big bore kit and now the kick wont move... but if I take the head cover back off it kicks just fine, Any Ideas on what Im doing wrong?

I think that might be what's happening what can I do to stop that from happening.. do I have to buy a new head?

It may be time to contact the supplier of the big bore kit and ask them for help as this should not happen. The may have a special base gasket to fix the problem or have another solution like having the head reworked to correct the squish.

Default Pw50

Without tightening the head bolts. Rotate the piston to see if the piston is hitting ... measure with feeler gauge and maybe double or triple the gasket ...
