 02 yz250 sputtering on downshift. I recently bought this bike and it ran fine for a couple of weeks. I have been riding the bike wide open and it runs fine and pulls good. I just started noticing that when I downshift the bike starts to hesitate and sputter. I have worked on the jetting and it was a little on the rich side but not way out of wack. I put a new plug in, changed all the fluids, Cleaned the air filter and box, repacked the exhaust, but still the hesitation and sputter on the down shift. Any help.  |
