what exactlly makes a banshee?

what is the difference between a banshee and a regular ATV? are they made by the major manufacturers, honda, yamaha, suzuki, etc...? or is it a totally different brand all together? or do you convert a regular ATV into a banshee?

What makes them so much better? if anything?

It's a Yamaha Banshee. A twin-cylinder, two stroke 350cc engine.

That kwad was like none other and there is no sweeter sound than that of a Banshee across a dry lake bed at full song. They have a very unique sound.

banshees as mentioned by char are made by yamaha. they are known as the best dune machines out there. anything you want can be done to a banshee so much that owners just want to continue modding them and they can become money pits just to make it even more powerful. and you cant convert a regular atv to a banshee unless you put the banshee engine in it
