Just bought 2002 DRZ400S, I want to start with fresh brake pads, chain & Sprockets. Will be riding 50/50 on/off road. Should I buy stock Suzuki parts or go after market. Maximum durability is my goal. Open to suggestions. Thanks

Must not be many DRZ guys on here judging from the date on this post. Me? After 9000 hard offroad miles on my DRZ I love 'em. By now I'm sure you've taken care of this stuff, but I hope you at least went with "E" gearing.

Sorry I missed this, should'a checked back here sooner. I believe the kicker kit is in the $250 range from OEM; Thumpertalk would be a good source to check out. It is a straightforward bolt-in. Not sure about the 'tard stuff. Depends upon how you want to go about it; wheels and spacers are the main thing, but you have a couple of options as far as brakes go. Flea Bay might be a start.
