Default 2008 rmz transmission problems

I have an 08 rmz 250 purchased Jan 31,2008 with less than 7 hrs on it that wont shift into 4th gear,1-3 and 5th work o.k. Trans was a little notchy and nuetral was hard to find but dealer said it would brake in. Brought bike back to purchasing dealer to find that it needs 2nd and 4th gear replaced for the tune of about $1200.00. I called Suzuki and they said they would not good will me the work even though this is my 7th new Suzuki that I have purchased from the same dealer in the last 6 years( three in the last 15 months). The dealer ship was sold in March and the new owners do not want to do anything either! Anyone have any suggestion??? I realize this motorcycle does not come with a warranty. I have a 2006 cr125 that runs perfect and i have never had a transmission problem with any other of my bikes, but Suzuki insists that the bike has been ridden hard and I do not know how to shift gears! Has any one else had a trans problem with an 08 rmz 250???

Have the work done elsewhere, and never buy a bike from them again, Write a nice long letter detailing how loyal of a customer you WERE To both the manufacturer and the dealer then be sure to let them know how and why they have lost your business.
Sorry but 7 new bikes in a row
you deserve better.
Go honda
