Default 125 size change

Man when I started riding back in the 70's I had a Honda SL125 which I used for trail riding and this was before the two strokes were made my Honda. The 125 all had 18's on rear and 21 size tired on front and this was the standard.

Why now when I walk up to a 125 they all are so small ?
They look like they are running 14 inch tires now.

What 125 have you walked up to?

21 front
19 rear

Sure it wasn't a TTR125? It a little fourstroke entry level bike, very low.

Any modern 125 twostroke will probably be a bit taller than the SL125

2 stroke 125's are some of the tallest bikes made (seat height). They usually sit about an inch taller than a 250 2stroke. From about 1989 and up, they come with a 19" rear wheel.
