I think its kind of pricey.
You have to pay a $15/mo membership fee PLUS pay $16/day to ride. So for one day its $31/person
There is also a $40/yr membership if you plan on going more often.
Check out the link below for more details

I'm pretty sure they also offer a weekend membership for $5. So it's $21 per person.

I saw that.....I guess the question is "does Friday count as a weekend"

I called the number but the recording didnt address anything about that.

I hope it does! Thanks for pointing that out

Maybe "weekend" means "2 day pass"

I'm thinking they might just do it as a 2 day pass. Not necessarily the weekend.

Yes, It's a 2 day pass. It was when I went on a Friday a month ago or so. $21 Bucks.

Bike crammed in man-van. Ready to go. Will be heading that way after lunch. Weather looks great all weekend.

To all those traveling, have a safe trip.
To all those already there have fun.
To all those attending the riders meeting please keep Anthony Modica V1 in your prayers.

This is truely weird not being there but it had to be this year. I hope its a safe weekend and we will miss seeing you all there.

I will look forward to all the pictures in the coming days.

Dane, Bill,

I agree.

Were thinking about all of our brothers and sisters who are there in Texas for this weekend.

Just an update from me:

Looks like i'm going to just be a spectator this year.

Having some bike troubles. If I get everything going tomorrow i'll race. But, as of now, it doesn't look that way.

I'll be there either way though.

Still don't have the wheels together and haven't fixed my bogging problem yet!
I'm going to try my hardest to get it together and running good.

Thanks!

Give me a call if you have any issue with the wheels, you can bring them over to my house and we will get them together real quick. I'm no bog expert but I'm sure if you brought the bike to the Bergs house tonight there would be at least one bike nerd who could figure it out.

You're not backing out that easy........

Worst case senario your racing my 1984 Yamaha XT200. Its blazing fast and even has a horn to let lappers know you want to get around them.

I was thinking if they still needed some flaggers I would maybe do that. I would still have fun either way. Racing or not.

Oh, also, weekend after this one I think i'm going to be out at Angleton to check out the new changes. They added 1300 ft to it and changed up the already existing track. They said you should be able to hit fifth gear now. :
You gonna be there?

Pfffff, you're riding this weekend kiddo! Seriously, the wheel is no biggie... as long as you have all the parts you need I can get that together pretty quick (assembled two complete wheels from nothing but a bag of parts in 3 hours). The bog might be the carb (I'm not a smoker guy), but I am willing to take a shot at rebuilding the carb.... so give me a call if you can't get it going tomorrow. I also remember hearing that the power valve may do weird stuff like this if its plugged up, but I haven't the faintest idea what the power valve is.

Seriously... get that bike running or you're stuck with an 84 Yamaha.

Well, all I have left is tires. The guys I was going to have powdercoat for me wouldn't have them finished in time, so I didn't do it.

But, I have no tire irons. And, the place down the road wants $30 per tire to change them.

Do you have tire changing tools? I already have the wheels off and whatnot. I could probably run over there in the afternoon. I have to help my dad put a fuel tank back in in the morning.

I'll text you when i'm done.
