Just so ya'll know, it isn't just the adults that are excited for the GMB....

I had to pick John up from school today because he wasn't feeling well. On the ride home he says, "I hope I'm feeling better by GMB."

Man, this week has just flown (no pun intended) by. I'm sure it is because I have been on vacation since this last Saturday. I have been very busy getting some things done around the Tin Star Compound before I head out Thursday morning. Tomorrow will blow by pretty fast as I have a pre-retirement seminar in the morning, after that a trip by the barber shop and then home to decide what I need to bring with me to TEXAS!! Then, try to get some sleep so I can get up at zero-dark-thirty to head to the airport. I'm getting pretty excited and am happy I will get to see some of everyone again.

It will be good to see you there Ernie. I will be leaving Friday and it cannot get here fast enough. Looking forward to my four days of R & R with the locals and ones that will be locals by the time I get there. (The gun toting, Jack swigging, cigar smoking one)

I'm (we're) gonna miss you and Karen too. We know you will be there in spirit. Things will be better for you guys to go next year. With Macho and you not being there I'm gonna have to kick my own azz at HORSE.
