Awning for Enclosed Trailer....new and cheap!

If you have ever wanted an awning for your enclosed trailer, I have a deal for you.

I purchased a [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] awning and it does not fit my trailer. The awning is 8' wide with an 11' extended span (out from trailer). The awning material is Dickson (designed for buildings and not cheap) and is white in color. It has never been used, mounted, or even unrolled for that matter. I have all the instructions and materials on it. The original price for it was $1200, but I am willing to sell it for $750 plus shipping (unless you want to pick it up). I am pretty sure that this will go fast, so first email gets dibs.
