thanks! Great pictures. Wonder why they are guarding the 450 but the 250 is out in plain site? Is there a new motor in the 450 like the rumors would have you believe?

one more strange piece of info, yamaha was the "only" team to field works 250 2 strokes...all the other teams ran works 4 strokes.there were other production 2 strokes out there, but only yamaha had works bikes...

Great pics man! If those were from a cell phone, who needs a digital camra!

Tat was strange that they had the YZ450 blocked off like that. Wonder what Yamaha has up their sleeve?

i think they were trying to tease everyone.when the crf450 was raced for the 1st time,it was in the truck until it was time to line up, then they had it wrapped in towlels so noone could get a pic. i think yhe alum. framed yzf450 has a different engine, and they didnt want anyone to see it yet...i talked with one of the riders, and he said it is very light...the #38 kx250f i think is the working model for the production line. it was the only one without all the titanium goodies of the other kxf's...who knows, maybe i got the 1st pic of it... everyone else was concerned with the bling of the works bikes, and kinda passed that one up...anyway,its been a long day, and i think im gonna go pass out for a few before work in the morning.

i will also be at the world gp in sugo on may29th. i'll try to get more pics while im there.at the all japan nationals, the pits are open to the public. im not sre about the gp's though.if need be,i'll try to scam a pit pass...whoever is running the gp's is a rip off artist. $55 for a 1 day ticket... im thinking i will try to find a more "creative" way into the race...

no thats not what I meant how did ya get the '02 body work on there looks like ya used '02 subframe/seat/plastics is that an '02 tank also? We know what it takes to get the motor in the frame I was just curious how ya got that body work on there. I should of been alittle more clear in what i was asking.
