Some of the smaller ones will get oil into the airbox, from the breather but yours probably won't. Seeing as how you don't really know how long it was down...I'd check the airbox, check the oil (make sure there's no gas in it), then pull the plug and kick it over a few times, in case it flooded. That's all probably unnecessary but a good precaution. As for the asphalt, I'd make the best of it...wait for rain, then stock it for fishin'.

It's a kawi, you will need to rebuild it ASAP. Next time get a Honda and it won't matter if you knock it over. They have automatic shut off for gas and when it's tipped to far one way, these plates seal off the carb area and piston so no oil goes anywhere it should not be. Some models have auto kick stand and will rightside the bike as soon as it's layed over. They also come with a pocket monitor so anytime there is movement with the bike, it alerts you by saying "help I've fallen and can't get up" or " some crack head is stealing me HELP"

Honeslty, I think it's ok.

My bike fell and I wound up cracking the right side rad, riding the bike while it leaked coolant and almost overheated it...and of course had to pay $250 for a new right side radiator
