When cleaning the carb, make sure you are using carb cleaner and an air compressor to blow out each jet.

Have you tried a new plug?

OK been their done that on my KTM!

First check to see if your valves are set right, if there just a tiny bit tight when the motor gets warm you won't have a good seal on the cylinder & the motor won't start until it cools off.

If that doesn't fix it look at your ignition system, starting with the plug & plug cap! also check to see that your coil is grounded well with no rust.

You might even want to check the plug wire where it go's into the cap & see if the end of the wire is corroded. if it is just cut a tiny bit & put it back & you should be good to go!
