04 KX250F idle problem

I have a 04 KX250F and I had to change the spark plug on it the other day becuase it was shot...Well after I got the new plug in and got it running, I started riding it to make sure the backfireing was gone and it was but NOW the throttle is messed up. When i get into it and then let off it doesnt slow down as fast as it should. Also when its jst sitting and you rev it up it doesnt come all the way back down to idle when you let it off, you have to give it a minute before it comes back down....I checked the throttle cable to make sure it was hung or something and it didnt seem to be....I did play with the idle before i knew the spark plug was bad. But i put it back to were was at after i got the spark plug...

Any ideas?

Hanging idle. Turn the fuel screw out 1 turn and see if it still does it.
