I may be of some help to you as I have always been able to keep my children's Brap Brap's running. First find a manual for this machine if you can. These are your bible. Now as far as mixture ratio 32:1 will work on almost anything. 4OZ oil to 1gal fuel. I like Spectro or Castor927 for premix. Be sure the oil you purchase is for premix. There is a consistancy differance between oil for injector and premix. Next, Take off the carburator and take it apart fully and clean with solvent such as gas or an aquious cleaner. Stay away from Brakecleaner as it tends to melt any plastic or rubber parts. When you take the carb apart you really dont need to remove the jets. Then blow down the parts and the carb body with high pressure air. Be sure you can see light(flashlight) thru the jets. If you cant see light the jet is still dirty. If you dont have use of a compressor for air get a couple cans of that air used to clean off computer's. I do not know your mechanical abilities but this is pretty basic. When you assemble the carb just set the idle air screw or needle valve as some call it.(the pointy screw with the spring on it) as follows. Screw it all the way in then back it out 1&1/2 turns out. this is a general setting that will get you going. Remember when installing needle vlave DO NOT CRANK IT TIGHT, just turn till you feel it bottom out. Before you put the carb back on clean the air-box and air filter well. Now grab a beverage of your choice and have at it. No rocket science here, just another fatherly duty.
