I was just curious how many people attended this years event? I was telling Jim (Brett's dad) how God was kind enough to clear the sky on Sunday

He asked me how many riders attended & I had no answer for him LOL.

I will venture a guess and say somewhere around 50. It was actually the smallest turnout that I have experienced. I suspect the weather kept many of the locals away. Here is a thread that lists those who planned on attending. A few of them didn't show but there were also several at the race that weren't on the list.

Hello Renae,
This year there were 71 entrants who registered to race. There were about that many spectators too. Like Dave said, the rain kept some locals away - but it was a special event. Just something about this year.
