i need a new bike?

hey i am looking for a new bike i am sixteen, and looking for a four stroke bike that is around 200cc-250cc, if you have any sugestions or you are selling one please contact me. i am pretty new to dirt bikes i have been riding for about three months,( i race downhill bikes), so i am not looking for a new one or an really expensive one. i am looking for a bike that i can jump and do trails with, and my step dad is a works at a harley garage so he can help me fix it up. i live in new mexico and cregslist does not have any bikes in my area

I would suggest looking at craigslist or cycletrader and see what you like. If your new to riding I would stick with a stock bike (no motor work) and put a little cash into the suspension. With a good setup on the bike your confidence will build and the learning curve will be much better. What kind of riding do you do? MX, off road etc? do you have any experience on a bike? How much mechanical skill do you have? If you give a little info more people can guide you better.
