Hi, I'm Will. I'm 14 and I'm about 6' 155 lbs. I have a 2003 TT-R125 but I want something bigger and faster. I don't know whether to get a 125 2-stroke or 250 4-stroke. I do a lot of trail but also ride at the track and jump some wicked stuff. Could you help me?

I would go with the 250 -2s. Mainly because you are already 6' tall, and soon your weight will increase also. If it is too much to handle stock, adding a fly wheel weight, say 9oz will make the awesome power more tame. I have a 04 kx 250 jetted for C-12. It runs 50-50 (premium/race fuel mixed 32:1) 9oz of fly weight will make the bike more trackable. Much better low- mid range and still have wild top end. So jumping up to the 250 2s and running with the added weights is a good option for you.. good luck!

I would go with the 250 myself. I went straight from an 80 to a 250 when I was a kid with no issues. I personally think that a 250 is easier to ride than a 125. At least with a 250 you can lug them around a little if you need to, but the power is there if you need it. Either bike though will have much more power than your TTR.
