well coal was big in my area and they dumped the useless small pieces of coal/dirt in areas and created huge coal mounds. which were riden and formed into a great riding place with hills jumps ex. thats the best i can explain it. the main hill is called the 800,its huge to say the least.

also there is another place i ride which is basically black soot made into an arena with jumps and what not. i enjoy ripping up trials though,i get bored climbing hills and jumping.

That sounds cool, I am the opposite, I get more trail time and not enough climbing and jumping.

Does this "coal" place get dusty? Sounds really dirty if you fall......and is the dust bad for your lungs? Just wondering. Id still rip it up if it were near me!

Welcome to ATM! I'm glad we don't have coal dust to ride in down here in Oklahoma.

Welcome aboard ATM. Just drove through your area last week. Saw a lot of the coal mine tailing piles around the sides of the interstate. Looked like a fun place to ride.
