Good Afternoon

This is a discussion on Good Afternoon within the Member Introductions forum, part of the Dirt Bike - ATV - Suspension Forums category; This seems to be a great Site for FAQ's. Can anybody tell me where to start rebuilding my front forks...

Canada, eh? Welcome to ATM.
I've heard great things about Canada.

Are you preferring a complete rebuild or just replacing seals and such?

I was looking to replace the seals on the ol' CR. She's leakin a bit but I wanna get her solid for this year. Some buddies say its better to rebuild yourself than take it to a shop cause its cheaper and not that hard, but I need some guidence from a seasoned front fork fixer guy. Please assist.
P.S. How do you post pics of your bike in your "threads"?

I have been planning on doing a fork seal tutorial for some time now but it's pretty difficult to get pics of all the details with oily hands. rbm33 sent me a link that I'm happy to share. I will eventually start a thread for changing seals in the Showa forks but, for now, this will get you started in the right direction.
